National University is the second-largest, accredited, private, nonprofit institution of higher learning in California with the third-largest graduate program in the country. Founded in 1971, National University consists of five schools and one college, including the Schools of Business and Management; Education; Engineering and Technology; Health and Human Services; and Media and Communications; and the College of Letters and Sciences.

Online courses are interactive, with e-mail links between you, your professor and your virtual classmates. Each course includes weekly online discussion sessions with classmates from your virtual classroom. Online degree programs include Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science in E-Business, Master of Arts in Teaching, and more. Additional online certificate programs and professional development courses are offered through Extended Learning.
